Privacy Policy of the website accessible under the domain name "sarus.tech" (hereinafter: the "Website"), published by Sarus Technologies, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of 12,022.00 euros, listed on the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 879 906 055, the registered office of which is at 128, rue de La Boétie – 75008 Paris, France; email: legal@sarus.tech (hereafter: "Sarus").

Sarus collects personal data of Website users on the Website, including through the cookies, the “contact” or “newsletter” or “questions” form sections and/or when authorized users of the Sarus’ services log on the Website. Sarus also collects personal data on its customers and prospects (email addresses, phone number).

Sarus stores the personal data communicated to it for the duration strictly necessary for the performance of its activities.

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on the hard drive of the User. Sarus only uses Functional cookies, which makes it possible to:
verify that the user is authorized to access the Sarus’ services via the Website, including his/her account, using login credentials; implement security measures, for example when the user is asked to login to his/her account again after a period of inactivity.

How can one oppose the use of cookies?
The functional cookies cannot be deactivated. Their deactivation would render the Website inaccessible.
